Homeowners are reminded that unsupervised children are not to be left in these areas, and that all gates and doors are to be locked before leaving the areas. All homeowners are required to have a key to the area with them when using the facilities. The areas close nightly at 10 o’clock. Please do not leave trash in these areas, and help pick up any left by others. Adult children may not invite guests to use the facilities unless a parent, who is a homeowner, is present. Children should be supervised by an adult homeowner at all times when in the pool and tennis court area. Our tennis courts have just been re-surfaced. Please help us retain their beauty by not wearing hard sole shoes in the tennis courts area. We also ask that you supervise your children, and remind them that all wheeled toys and skateboards are prohibited from the areas, both pools and tennis courts!
Please treat our tennis courts and pools as though they are your personal property.
Thanks. Coca Lake Board
