Neighborhood Watch Kick-off Meeting: There will be a kick-off meeting on 30 April at 6:30 at the gazebo at the pool / tennis complex with the Harris County Sheriff's department. Please make every effort to attend as we get organized to implement a Neighborhood Watch Program.
Pool News: New pool drain covers have been installed in both pools in compliance with new State pool safety requirements. We have put new locks on the pool and tennis courts to ensure our facilities are safe and only used by residents. If you need a new key, please contact George Averill.
Annual Homeowners Meeting: The Annual Homeowners Meeting was held 3 Feb 2009 at the Pierce Chapel United Methodist Church. At this meeting, the Board of Directors presented the annual report to homeowners. For details please see the "Board Minutes" tab.

Crime Alert: Homeowners should be especially careful to set their burglar alarms when they’re away from their homes. Report suspicious activity to the Harris County Sheriff's Department.

Reporting Non-working Street Lights:
Georgia Power has an e-mail address to report
streetlights that are not
working. If you report by e-mail, please include the light pole number and
a close address near the light to
reference (i.e. streetlight is out in front of 5000 Waterfall Way in Coca Lake
Subdivision near Columbus). The e-mail address is:

accordance with the covenants, the Board
of Directors meets a minimum of quarterly or more frequently as needed to review and discuss the business of the Association.
Officers are elected by the BOD at the first meeting following the Annual
Meeting.
