Dues are considered delinquent if not received by 31 January 2009 and will be assessed a late fee. Annual Homeowners Meeting: The Annual Homeowners Meeting will be held 3 Feb 2009 at the Pierce Chapel United Methodist Church. At this meeting, the Board of Directors will present the annual report to homeowners. At this meeting we will also vote on board members for CY 2009. Please put this on your calendar and plan to attend this important event.
Asphalt Plant and Quarry Meeting: Board members and homeowners met with representatives of the LaFarge Quarry and Matthews Construction Company and discussed both quarry and asphalt operations. The meeting was held at the Pierce Chapel United Methodist Church. Click here for meeting notes.
Crime Alert: Homeowners should be especially careful to set their burglar alarms when they’re away from their homes. This is especially critical during the Holiday season. Report suspicious activity to the Harris County Sheriff's Department.

Reporting Non-working Street Lights:
Georgia Power has an e-mail address to report
streetlights that are not
working. If you report by e-mail, please include the light pole number and
a close address near the light to
reference (i.e. streetlight is out in front of 5000 Waterfall Way in Coca Lake
Subdivision near Columbus). The e-mail address is:

accordance with the covenants, the Board
of Directors meets a minimum of quarterly or more frequently as needed to review and discuss the business of the Association.
Officers are elected by the BOD at the first meeting following the Annual
Meeting.
