(1)    LIFEGUARDS ARE NOT ON DUTY; THEREFORE YOU MUST SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.  PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN'S SAFETY, BEHAVIOR AND ACTIONS AT THE POOL.

(2)    The Coca Lake Pool is funded by homeowner yearly fees and is intended for the exclusive use of Coca Lake homeowners.  Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent.  Homeowners should accompany their guests.

(3)    Parents are responsible for their children and should discourage the use of large floats, balls, or activities (e.g. throwing pool toys, excessive splashing, etc.) which may not be appropriate when others are using the pool.  The ring buoy and shepherd's hook are not toys.  They are to be used only for emergencies.

(4)    No grilling is permitted inside fenced areas of the pool or tennis courts. Grilling is permitted in the grass area adjacent to the pool back gate.

(5)  Please do your part to keep the area clean by taking your empty food and drink containers home when you leave. 

(5)    No glass is permitted inside the pool area. 

(6)  Swimmers should shower prior to swimming.  The outdoor shower is located adjacent to the rest rooms.

(7)  Children in diapers are not allowed in either pool.

Reservations:

   Exclusive use of the pool area  may be scheduled for up to three (3) hours Mon-Thurs. (except holidays.)  Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance to facilitate notification to other homeowners.  Reservations should include the requested date and time, number of people expected to use the facility and the requestors name and phone number. A $100.00 deposit (two $50 checks) is required for reservations requesting the exclusive use of the pool area. This is to assist in the care and maintenance of the pool and pool area.  Checks should accompany a request for exclusive use of the pool. A $50 refund will be made if pool area is left clean and in good order. (i.e. All trash removed from gazebo and rest room trashcans and pool area and trash bags replaced, tables and chairs returned to area of origination and all lost and found is either taken home or placed neatly in gazebo area. Toilets flushed and bathrooms cleaned)  A schedule of use will be posted at the pool and updated weekly.  It is recommended that a sign be posted on the gate indicating the rental.

Rentals on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays  The pool area is not available for exclusive use during weekends or holidays.  The gazebo may be reserved, but the pool area may continue to be used by homeowners.  Rental fees and instructions for use of the area remains the same as above (i.e. $50 usage fee). Reservations should include the requested date and time, number of people expected to use the facility and the requestors name and phone number.

      Homeowners may make a maximum of one reservation per month.  All reservations are to be made a minimum of 14 days in advance. A verbal request to be placed on the calendar should be made by calling George Averill at 706-323-9746 followed in writing to:

        Please send the two checks with your written request.  Your $50 refund to be sent back to you if the pool area is left in satisfactory shape.
