Pool
Hours 
Daily, 8 a.m.-10 p.m., in season; pool opens May 1st.

Pool Rules
  1. Lifeguards are not on duty; therefore, you must swim at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children's safety, behavior, and actions at the pool.
  2. The Coca Lake Pools are maintained using funds from Coca Lake homeowners' annual dues and is intended for the exclusive use of Coca Lake homeowners and their invited and accompanied guests only.  Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent.  Homeowners cannot give permission to non-residents to use our facilities and must accompany their guests at all times.  Do not share the pool code or keys.
  3. Parents are responsible for their children and should discourage the use of large floats, balls, or activities (throwing pool toys, excessive splashing, etc.) which may not be appropriate when others are using the pool. The ring buoy and shepherd's hook are not toys. They should be used for emergencies only.
  4. No grilling is permitted inside fenced areas of the pool. Grilling is permitted in the grass area adjacent to the pool back gate.
  5. Please do your part to keep the area clean…clean up after yourself and make sure the area is tidy when you leave.
  6. No glass is permitted inside the pool area.
  7. Children in regular diapers are not allowed in either pool.  If you child is not potty-trained, be sure to use proper swim diapers designed for pool use before entering the water.  Don’t be the reason the pool has to be closed for cleaning and sanitation.
  8. No pets allowed inside the pool area.
  9. Please be respectful of your neighbors and our community…do not litter—place your trash in the receptacles provided, put pool chairs and lounges back to their original locations and do not block walkways.

Coca Lake residents may reserve the pool and/or gazebo for parties and special events!​
  • The pool area may not be reserved for exclusive use.  The gazebo may be reserved, but the pool area remains open for other homeowners to enjoy even during a reservation/party..
  • Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance. Pool reservations will be noted on our Coca Lake HOA Calendar.
  • Reservation requests should be made via email and include the requested date and time, number of people expected to use the facility, and the requesting resident's name, address and phone number.  Please check our Coca Lake HOA Calendar prior to making your request.
  • Once a resident receives email confirmation that the date and time he/she requested is available, a $100 deposit (two $50 checks) and written reservation request for exclusive use of the pool area should be mailed to:

  • The reservation fee helps with the care and maintenance of the pool and pool area. The $50 deposit check will be shredded if the pool area is left clean and in good order (all items/trash should be removed from the gazebo, restroom and pool areas; trash can bags should be replaced; tables and chairs should be returned to their areas of origination; toilets should be flushed; and bathrooms should be cleaned).
  • It is recommended that a sign be posted on the pool gate on the date of the event indicating the rental.
Homeowners may make a maximum of one reservation per month.
Lakes
Usage Rules
  1. Both neighborhood lakes (Coca Lake and Mountain Lake) are the private property owned by and for the exclusive use of the residents of Coca Lake.  They are maintained by the Association of Coca Lake Homeowners’, Inc.
  2. Only residents and their invited and accompanied guests only are permitted to fish or launch boats into the Association’s lakes.  Homeowners cannot give verbal or written permission that allows an unaccompanied, non-resident to fish in the lakes.  The homeowner must be present with any visitors at all times if a non-resident is fishing.  Additionally, those who are fishing must possess a State of Georgia fishing license as required by law.
  3. Please refer to the latest Electrofishing Report (that can be found on in the “Important Information for Residents Only” section of our website at www.cocalake.org) regarding which fish/size can be harvested and which should be caught and released.
  4. Residents not having direct shoreline access may launch their boats into the water from either ramp on the upper and lower dams. Only electric motors may be used to power watercraft on the lakes…no other motors (gas, etc.) may be used in the lakes.
  5. Unaccompanied, non-residents who fish or boat and are not in the direct company of a resident are considered guilty of trespassing and will be asked to leave. If an unaccompanied, non-resident is fishing and refuses to leave, residents should record the vehicle license number and call the Harris County Sheriff's Department at 911 to have the non-resident charged with trespassing on private property.
  6. Waterfront residents desiring to build docks must submit plans to the ACC for review and approval prior to the start of construction.
  7. Swimming is absolutely NOT allowed in the lakes.​
Tennis Courts
Hours
The Coca Lake Tennis Courts are open from 8 AM to 10 PM each day.

Usage Rules
  1. The Coca Lake Tennis Courts are maintained using funds from Coca Lake homeowners' annual dues and are intended for the exclusive use of Coca Lake homeowners and their invited and accompanied guests only.  Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent.  Homeowners cannot give permission to non-residents to use our facilities and must accompany their guests at all times.  Do not keys to the tennis courts with others.
  2. When other members are waiting, playing time is limited to one hour for singles and two hours for doubles.
  3. Proper tennis shoes are required; no black soles are allowed.
  4. No bicycles, roller blades, skates, or skateboards are permitted on the courts.
  5. No glass containers are allowed.  Please discard all trash in the garbage cans at the pavilion and clean up after yourself.
  6. Turn off lights when you vacate the courts.
  7. No pets allowed on the tennis courts.​
Playground
The Coca Lake Playground is maintained using funds from Coca Lake Homeowners' yearly dues and is intended for the exclusive use of Coca Lake homeowners.  Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent.  Homeowners should accompany their guests. Parents are responsible for their children and all should follow posted playground rules. Always remember your key and lock the gate behind you when you leave.  Do not climb the fence.  No pets are allowed inside the playground.
